The need
A company selling water-supply fittings has almost 200 customers across the country, and it was hard to know who hadn't been contacted in a while and who to visit first.
The solution
A phone system with a customer map, a daily plan for each sales rep, an AI score for every customer, and a visit round that builds itself with a personal WhatsApp message.
My role
Planning, design, development and rollout
  • A customer map by region, showing who's in touch and who needs a call
  • "My day": a route, urgent customers and the recommended next customer
  • An AI score for every customer, chance of closing, churn risk and the next action
  • Automatic visit rounds: anyone not contacted for 14 days joins the list, with a WhatsApp message ready to send
  • Tracking of quotes, undelivered orders and closed deals
  • Voice updates, a call log and alerts

The need
Knowing what's happening in every branch without waiting for reports: how much was sold, who's selling and which customers haven't come back.
The solution
A phone dashboard that brings the sales, sellers and customers of the whole chain into one place. The interface is in Spanish.
My role
Planning, design, development and rollout
  • Sales for today, this week, this month and this year, per branch and for the whole chain
  • Seller ranking by sales, average ticket and number of transactions
  • A customer base with follow-up status, and who hasn't bought in a long time
  • The best-selling products and categories, in units and revenue
  • Alerts, filters by branch and period, and CSV export

Technology with a head for business.

I'm Tal Vax. For more than 20 years I have been founding and running businesses in Israel, the United States, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. I bring that experience to every project, and I see each one through myself, from the first conversation until the tool is live.

  • We start with what the tool needs to do and for whom, and only then choose the technology.
  • Systems in Hebrew, Spanish and English, for users in Israel and beyond.
  • You work with me directly the whole way, from planning and design to development and rollout.
